Delivery & Returns

We deliver across mainland UK. Orders are dispatched within 1 to 2 working days and usually arrive within 2 to 4 working days.

Standard UK delivery is £5.99. Orders of £60 or more qualify for free shipping.

You will receive a confirmation email when you place your order, and a further note when it is on its way.

Gift vouchers are digital and sent to you by email, so no delivery charge applies.

Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations you may cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason. You then have a further 14 days to send the items back to us.

To start a return, email contact@biospheric.co.uk with your order number and we will guide you through it.

For health and hygiene reasons, supplements can only be returned if they are unopened, unused and in their original sealed packaging, unless the item is faulty.

Gift vouchers are non-refundable once they have been issued.

Once we receive your returned items we will inspect them and process your refund within 14 days, to your original payment method.

For a full cancellation the original delivery charge is refunded. The cost of returning the items to us is your responsibility, unless the item is faulty or we sent the wrong product.

If your order arrives damaged, faulty or not what you ordered, please contact us within 30 days at contact@biospheric.co.uk. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund, including any postage, at no cost to you.
